Here's how it works when you shop with us
When you find something you want to buy, click on "Add to basket". The item will then be added to your shopping basket. When you're done, click "Checkout".
- Fill in your details so we can process your order.
- Always check at checkout that your order, address and contact details are correct, then choose "Shipping" or "Pick up in store".
- Choose payment method via Klarna. Then read and accept the terms and conditions. If your address details are correct, click on "Complete purchase".
- A confirmation will appear on your screen and an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Remember to provide the correct mobile number and email address as notifications regarding your order will be sent via mobile or email.
- When ordering and delivering to countries outside the EU, a social security number is required for customs clearance. Boda Smide will request this information by email.
Any discount codes are valid for a limited and specified period of time and cannot be combined with other offers.
Once we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation with an order number to the email address you provided when placing your order. Please save your order confirmation in case you have any questions about your order. Sometimes your confirmation may end up in the junk folder of your email, so check there if you can't find it in your inbox. If there is anything unclear about your order or if you have not received your order confirmation, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
Boda Smide has a collaboration with Klarna, which is responsible for the payment process. You can pay with Klarna Faktura, Visa, Mastercard or directly in our physical store in Virserum Småland. You must be at least 18 years old to shop in our store and with Klarna. Please visit https://www.klarna.com/se/kundservice if you have further questions about your payment.
Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days (under each product we have indicated the normal delivery time for that particular product) from ordering until the item(s) leave our warehouse in Virserum. If an item should run out or if it is in production, the delivery time may be slightly longer, in which case we will notify you via the email address you have provided with your order. We also reserve the right to any delays during holiday periods. In the event of a longer delivery delay, you always have the option to cancel your purchase, in which case please contact us. Your order will be delivered to the nearest retailer and notified to the mobile number provided on the order.
We guarantee that the items you have ordered are free of defects when delivered. However, remember that Boda Forge products are handmade and therefore there may be variations between products. This is part of Boda Forge's uniqueness and therefore not a reason for complaint.
NOTE! Should you receive a defective or misdelivered item, you must, within 5 working days, contact Boda Smide at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone: +46 (0)495-74 39 57 to have the complaint approved and a return shipping note sent out.
Right of withdrawal / right of exchange
Should you regret your purchase, you have an open purchase that is valid for 30 days from the order date. Contact Boda Smide at email@example.com or phone: +46 (0)495-74 39 57 to get a return shipping label sent out. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping back to us in case of a canceled purchase or exchange.
Boda Smide undertakes to remedy free of charge during the warranty period any defects caused by manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is 12 months. The warranty does not cover wear and tear and assumes that the product has been treated with normal care. The warranty certificate is the order confirmation. It is therefore important that you save the order confirmation.
Please note: Boda Smide products are largely handmade and variations between products are to be expected. Small defects are not uncommon and are not grounds for complaint. If you are unsure whether it is a claim or not, please take pictures of the supposed damage and send in an email to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Goods are transported from and within the borders of Sweden. Any orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes levied when your package reaches your country. Boda Smide is not responsible for these additional costs, please contact us for more information on shipping rates outside the EU.
Pick up your goods yourself
If you choose to pick up your goods yourself in our shop in Virserum , there is no delivery charge. Send an e-mail to email@example.com or call +46 (0)495-74 39 57 to arrange a pick-up time.
